    • Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Staffing Consultant to join our team. The Staffing Consultant will play a key role in training recruiters and bench sales team members, as well as providing guidance and support to freshers in the areas of bench sales and recruiting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the staffing industry and demonstrate proven experience in training and development.

    • Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for recruiters and bench sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
    • Provide training and mentorship to freshers in bench sales and recruiting processes, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in their roles.
    • Explain floor behavior expectations.
    • Regularly review and analyze team call records, offering feedback and guidance to ensure calls are conducted effectively and professionally.
    • Monitor team emails and assist in addressing any issues or concerns, ensuring communication is clear, concise, and professional.
    • Oversee team LinkedIn profiles and postings, ensuring they are up-to-date and engaging. Guide on effectively approaching potential clients or candidates and maintaining a professional online presence.
    • Offer ongoing support and guidance to team members, assisting them in overcoming challenges and improving their performance in calling, emailing, and messaging.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in staffing and recruiting, sharing relevant insights and knowledge with the team.
    • Collaborate with management to identify training needs, develop strategies for improvement, and implement effective solutions.

    • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in the staffing industry, with a focus on recruiting and bench sales.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent training and presentation abilities.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
